  We had a successful First DUG Meetup today with D365 Users and Partners. We talked about how D365 Partners and Users can work better together. What work and didn't work during implementation.  What a privilege to be interviewed by MS Dynamics World after the panel and shared my perspective about What makes a good client-partner relationship. 

 We shared some great insights on how to become your customer's trusted advisor, importance of common values, constant communication, clear vision, stakeholder management and above all "partnership" over "vendorship" 👏. It was great to share the stage with Partner MVP's Heidi Neuhauser, Mariano Gomez, Foyin Olajide-Bello, Connie Thompson, Cliff McDaniel and our fantastic host Rick McCutcheon.
